Role: Digital Account Manager

Pictura Creative specialises in bespoke digital solutions. We require someone who is confident and knowledgeable with CMS platforms, Wordpress, Magento and the latest web technologies.
 

Key tasks:

Manage key existing client accounts across multiple industry verticals.
Manage and prioritise time to service multiple clients, brands and projects simultaneously.
To be a digital leader and provide strategic marketing direction and support to our existing client accounts.
To proactively develop new business within our existing client accounts and when needed on pitches.
To work autonomously in order to deliver set monthly, quarterly and annual targets and goals.
To manage the financial performance of projects across all phases of delivery.
To be agile, to be a collaborative, true team player, with a sense of humour.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Demonstrable account service experience across a diverse range of digital marketing channels.

Experience in day-to-day management of multiple client accounts with annual budget in excess of $500k.

Minimum of 2/3 years of relevant progressive agency experience.

Salary based on experience.

The projects we work on are varied and a strong understanding of marketing focused design is a must.

Must have:

  • UX and IA experience.
  • Well-rounded design including marketing focused design.

Role: SEO Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented SEO Manager to join our team at Pictura Creative. This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate individual who is ambitious to work on a range of industry leading clients and deliver Pictura Creative’s organic search strategies.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and execute short and long term strategies to fulfill SEO objectives of our clients
  • Plan and organise resources of SEO related campaigns, from proposal stage right through to execution and delivery
  • Be the main point of contact regarding SEO related client communication
  • Deliver technical audits & SEO specification documents
  • Help manage client relationships
  • Support new business pitches across strategy and delivery

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • 2 - 4 years’ SEO experience is essential
  • Demonstrated skills and understanding of multiple SEO platforms and related systems, tools and reporting suites. Preferably SEO Powersuite.
  • Experience in deploying all SEO enhancing activities including but not limited to keyword research, link earning, competitor research.
  • Ability to design and recommend new and creative SEO initiatives for the business units not already in use
  • A proven strategic thinker with very high attention to detail
  • Able to manage accounts autonomously with little supervision
  • Be technically minded, ideally with a technical background
  • Willing to be ‘hands on’ and foster a proactive attitude to their work
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to cope with conflicting demands and prioritise tasks

Role: Website Producer

We are seeking a Website and Digital Producer who thrives in a challenging environment and is able to work not only within a team, but also be self-sufficient and able to solve problems.

You’ll need to have a proven ability to manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines and completing projects with excellence.
